I have worked for the company for just over a month now, and have never had any problems. Everyone is highly efficient and professional at all times. The interviewer was warm, sweet and displayed exceptional attention to detail. I am always recommending them to family and friends.

So this company is like a poacher. It posts false advertisements on websites such as gumtree and indeed. I applied once I found a job that said 48 hours a week contract. I applied and they called me next day and congratulated me. They offered me the job on the phone. However, there was a catch. You MUST attend head office in BARKING for some pointless training. The job offer was conditional on passing the training at head office. When i arrived at head office for first day training, I met other hopeful security guards who were lied , cheated and deceived by this company! So we all passed the course and guess what? we did not get the 48 hour contract! We got one shift every 2-3 months and most of us ended up resigning. We all realised that this company is a con and makes it money from the government by charging them for training us! And we dont get paid a dime to attend training. Basically, dont ever apply to this company, you will just waste your time, effort and money for 2 weeks as you need to go to head office for the training. On the last day of training, some members of 2012 team took our questions. All of us asked many times whether we will get 48 hours a week. 2012 replied : ‘yes, and many more if you want’ - LIES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will see I am telling the truth once you apply and see them call you for training as thats how they make their money, its UNPAID training for us and they get PAID to TRAIN us! and we dont get jobs at the end of the course. Just a waste of 2 weeks! good luck guys - avoid this company like the plague.

Went for interview told to bring documents and fill online form. The link they sent me to do this didn't work there fault not mine. Told can't do interview today because online form not filled in told them the link they sent me didn't work. Wasted time journey and money. If this is how your treated at interview stage i wonder how they treat you when you work with them. Thanks for your response you need to check the email you sent me it does not say if the online form has not been filled the interview will be cancelled i came with all docs on time. The guy who came for a interview at the same time had not completed the online form but was offered a laptop to complete it why wasn't i only you know why good luck running your business

I have worked for the company for just over a year now, and have never had any problems. Everyone is friendly and always happy to help, couldn't recommend them enough! Receive my pay on time every month and am always happy with the efficient 1st class service!
