He was honest on the phone about what the issue could be then had the part ordered and fitted a few days later. Over the years, I have had multiple mechanics try to diagnose, but no one ever could figure out the problem. Rob (who is an auto-electrical engineer) came out and sorted it all out, and did it really quickly. I am amazed every time I open my car door and the interior lights come on.
