Went in there on a sunday to treat myself to a new vape. Man like Bradley pulled out all the stops. Super patient. Super knowledgable, super professional and friendly. honestly he made my day... and just look at all the goodies I walked away with 😂 First time coming to this store, and I'll definitely be back. Customer service was on point, they have a massive range of items, good stock, very tidy. 👌🏼

What a nice guy. Took a phone in that had been dropped in water. Brilliant advice. He put a new battery and back on my Samsung galaxy 10+, within the hour. Excellent service and advice.

I moved back to area 3 ish months and smoking, I then spot this vape shop. Chris was absolutely amazing in just listening and understanding things and an absolute gent! I’ve since been numerous times and every time I’ve been in, Chris and his staff are always so welcoming and helpful can never do enough! Honestly the best vape shop in my opinion

Absolutely over the moon took my daughters switch in to have charger port done excellent and was great value I also took to some advice about vaping wanted to quit smoking again these guys have great knowledge and a great selection of vapes I even purchased the Gucci of refillable pod mods and some great juice very happy with the staff in this shop. Thanks again guys. 😊

Went into the shop today after being to vodafone with my contract phone. Long story short, they gave me a number to call but with my phone screen not working how can I make this call. Vodafone staff useless and Didn't offer to help in any way even at 37 weeks pregnant! I honestly can say this is a very trust worthy mobile repair shop! Both the lady and man were so inviting and professional with a good passion to help their customers. After leaving my phone for no more than 10 minutes with the gentlemen, my phone screen was back on. No replacement needed like Vodafone was saying. Not sure exactly what was wrong but all I can say is a incredibly massive thank you! You have not only helped me in a bad time but also settled my worries of being a single heavily pregnant lady! My little dog also approved 🐶🐕
