Company is a joke! Paid for next delivery, received something different from what I order nearly a week later. contacted them to let them know I received the wrong drive. Was told the drive I originally purchased was no longer in stock and so, they sent me something which they believe would be ok without making me aware. When asked for refund due to the drive being incorrect, I was told the drive sent should be work??? I purchased a specific drive for a specific reason!!!! If I wanted any old drive I would of looked elsewhere! Now I am fighting to get the total order purchase amount back from them after, AA2Z confirmed a full refund would be given. Not impressed with this company. An order was placed with them and I paid for next day delivery. Should have arrived yesterday. The live chat is useless. Spoke to a person this morning he said he would look to see what was going on as the tracking number was not recognised by the Royal Mail. My partner also rang but couldn't get anywhere. Next thing I had a call from USA! Obviously they are not really based in the UK. He was supposed to ring back once he had an answer but as yet not have had a call. I have tried to ring but they are not answering the phone. I don't advise using this company It is now 2 weeks since my order was placed. I have still not received my order. I spoke to a man on the 2nd September as still no delivery. He said a refund would be made. I have tried to phone today but he put the phone down. When I tried to phone again it automatically went to voicemail. Absolutely disgusting the the way I have been treated! Do they treat all customers like this? I cannot leave a good review for them and won't until I have received my refund. Again I suggest people to think twice about placing an order with them.

Avoid this company. They send goods from abroad without this being mentioned on their UK site from a UK registered company. When it arrives late they refuse to cancel or refund the item. I refused the delivery so that it would be sent back to them for a refund. It's been 5 weeks since I placed the order and am yet to recieve a refund due to them refusing to issue this. I am now having to dispute the transaction through my bank. What they're doing is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and criminal.

Avoid - Be careful here if you need to return anything. Theyll happily accept your return but wont mention £25 - £50 'Re-stocking fee' when they are encouraging you to return it. I made a mistake and ordered slightly incorrect item, i returned it, undamaged and quickly. I should have just sold it on. I also had to chase up the refund, I dont believe they had any intention of giving me any kind of refund.

This is not a legit company, they are resellers, we have ordered an item from them d received this item from another eBay seller. Aa2z is overpricing their items then they hunting for your order online, i was scanned by them for double the price of eBay. Aa2z 40£, received Item from eBay with invoice for 19.99£ Avoid
