Soma Palit1 StarAbsolutely agree with Fiona. As is the manager, she couldn’t care less! We had an alarm installed for many years and had tri annual maintenance contract (costing £400/-+)with them. In 2021 they were supposed to send an engineer in for routine maintenance in April, but they postponed it at the last moment, then gave a new appointment which spilled onto the next contract year. They now insisted they would not send the engineer until we paid for the new contract year, but the service was due from the previous year! No amount of arguing our case with the manager would make her change her mind, and she was extremely rude! Appalling customer service! We ended our contract and get service done elsewhere for cheaper!! It’s your loss! I would hasten to add we had no complaints against their engineers who were very polite and efficient.Tuesday 30th April 2024

Ad Lo2 StarAbsolute Alarms installed the system and it has been great however I needed a modification due to building work.
A fault developed 2days after the engineer serviced my alarm. I paid ~£216 for a service and £24 for new batteries.
It would have been far more professional for them to come back out and have a quick look rather than say I'd have to pay for another call out fee.Thursday 21st July 2022

We have been with Absolute Alarms for 13 years and would recommend them and their engineers, any problems we have had have been sorted quickly and efficiently. Keith recently came to carry out my annual maintenance service. He was extremely helpful, resolving a couple of small issues that had occurred intermittently & also pointing out system improvements that had come into effect during the last 12 months.
