Aegis is certainly an upgrade from previous companies that has done work on our church site. The team were professionals, offering good customer service and extremely knowledgeable. They worked well, cleared up after themselves, always courteous as they worked around the office staff causing as little disruption to our day as possible. Professional commercial fire alarm system installed for us, I cannot recommend highly enough, the service was outstanding, installed exactly to our specification and the work was carried out without any disruption to our business whatsoever. Of the three companies we invited to tender, only Aegis carried out a site visit. Suggested but never pressed options/extras. Their quote was tailored to our requirements, detailed, clear and 10% lower than the nearest competitor. Callum was able to give us an installation date within a week of acceptance of the quote, turned up on time and finished as promised leaving the house clean and tidy (or at least as clean and tidy as it was on his arrival) Can't really ask for more. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aegis to other potential clients.
