If you think you're dealing with a London based company, think again. RG Fire and Security, who are the actual company, are based in Edinburgh. My experience with them was that the installation was fine (probably sub-contracted) but afterwards the signal kept disconnecting, resulting in the alarm going off at unwanted times. Regular phone calls from me to them never resulted in them tackling the root of the problem and all they would offer was a reset. Presumably all their engineers are based in Scotland. One day I finally lost all connection to the app (they use the HKC security app) and when I phoned to question why this was they simply weren't interested and would neither listen to me nor engage with the problem. Instead I found them to be dismissive, rude and arrogant. Very poor product, technical support and customer service.

We recently upgraded our house alarm in Twickenham with Alarm Smart, I can’t speak highly enough of them. From initial online quote without having to arrange a visit or deal with any pushy sales person, through to installation, everything was so easy and straightforward! We can also control our system from anywhere in the world with our smart phones. We have now booked them in to upgrade our office system too. Thanks guys, keep up the great work 😊👏🏻

We recently refurbished our house in Wandsworth and engaged Alarmsmart to install our new alarm. Installed within 3 days of quote and install only took 2 hours. Devices were wireless so no mess to decoration. Impressed by whole process!
