If I could give half a star I would. not good took my phone there 3 weeks ago to get the screen repaired wasn’t done properly took it back as it was under warranty they refused because it still worked even though the screen was fuzzy they said bring it back when the screen wasn’t fully working went back today to get it fixed to tell me they will do it if I payed anuther £50 on top of what I originally payed that was £80 do NOT go here they will rob you then tell you it was your own fault that it broke not happy will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to come here poor job and poor customer service

Two days ago, I got my phone repaired here. The staff was very nice and they fixed my phone very quickly for a cheap price. I am aware that this is not the best quality screen, but personally I do not see any significant difference in use. Everything works very well so far, so I can't write anything bad about this service. I did not get a receipt, also I did not hear anything about a possible reclamation so it worries me, but as i said before the phone is working perfect rn

ADDITIONAL COMMENT ADDED ON 16.01.23 AFER OWNER'S RESPONSE: The owner took 4 years to respond to my comment and is calling me a "bully". I find this very disrespectful because I am certain they don't even remember who I am. I am a school teacher who doesn't know much about phones. When they actually broke my phone and wanted to buy it, I felt very intimitated by them and I almost sold it to them for £35. In the end, I thought it was very unfair, considering that it was their fault. Looking back, I should have taken them to court. It's a shame I was very young and inexperienced and I lacked the confidence to demand justice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP - THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PHONE When they replaced my phone screen it had not been fitted properly - I could see light through the edges - and they also caused a problem that made my screen go dark every time I made a phone call (ear proximity sensor) and I couldn't hang up. After they tried to fix it 5 more times, they TRIED TO BUY MY PHONE FOR 35 POUNDS. My phone is a Sony Xperia Z3 Plus which I bought new for 220 POUNDS one year ago. I received a refund for the screen "repair" and I went to another repair shop where they told me that All Star Mobile had damaged my ear proximity sensor when they tried to fix my phone. Terrible service. They will damage your phone and try to buy it cheap.

Went there a couple of times and have been raving about this place to friends. Had trouble with partners phone and went in expecting the awesome fixes I was used to. When we got the phone back screen lifting away and problems when calling. Took it back. When we received again the back was loose screen lifting and damaged. Took to another place for inspection. They stated that it has been super glued. Edgings damaged and seals missing. It was a mess. Can't be fixed now. Just ruined. That's an £800 phone knackered. Front screen so damaged that areas won't work even with new screen fit. I am in the process of reporting this and getting second and third opinions. Please avoid. Was a great service now a bodge job!
