Unfortunately I can't review the actual work carried out as I was "ghosted" by Ken. After a phone chat to discuss the work, Ken came to our house to quote (unfortunately arriving a couple of hours late when we had waited in for his visit). We were told that a quote would be sent in the coming days and are still waiting, weeks later. It looks as though, from other reviews on here, that this is not the first time someone has been ignored by this business.

Fast response to fix an electrical fault with tripping electrics on ground floor sockets. Issue was identified quickly and made safe, with power restored within the hour. Very happy with service and will use again.

I called and they were very friendly on the phone and receptive to my query, however a follow up email to enlist their help for my issue elicited no response, so I was unable to make use of their services. Very disappointing. Clarifications, following response: - I called at 14:25 on Thursday and after discussing the issue over the phone I emailed at 14:36 on Thursday. I heard nothing more and so had my work carried out by another company on Saturday instead. - If the response to my initial email was as swift as the response to my Google review, the rating would perhaps have been higher. - I pride myself on the honesty and fairness of my Google reviews.

Didn't show up at the appointed time. Tried calling and emailing over a three hour period, but no response let alone an apology. Particularly frustrating as I had bolted home from the office to make the 2pm time. No idea if they're any good as electricians, but appalling customer service and reliability.
