Paul Farrer1 StarReally disappointing that there are people are out for a fast buck. Was quoted a fixed priced for electricity test throughout house. Cost was quoted on number of bedrooms. Electrician who visited then called every time he found a circuit board and then charged another £30 +vat for each one. Final bill nearly double the 'fixed cost' He wrote a report suggesting a variety of faults that needed repair and rang the next day to offer to do the work. My niece who was in residence at the time said she wasn't confident in him. I have since paid for a 2nd check and not not only was it a fraction of the cost, he refuted some of the faults and reconnected a perfectly working circuit that had been disabled. No follow up service from Aspect, they couldn't care less. Would never use again and suggest giving a wide berth toTuesday 8th June 2021
Ben Carter1 StarThe interior pain work we had done was good, and the gentleman that did it was lovely.
However, we were heavily misquoted on prices and charged nearly £100 extra than what we expected.
The customer service department staff are very rude and unhelpful, nothing was done about my complaint and I’m still out of pocket.
I will never use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else, not even my worst enemy.
A complete lack of respect given from the office staff. Totally incompetent, badly managed. Rudderless. Pathetic.

Marvin Demetz2 StarBooked aspect to move my ethernet connection. The engineer arrived for the inspection. I paid £102 and then he left saying he will come back doing the actual works. Tried to call several times Aspect but they customer service tells me every time they will look into this matter and call me back. Of course, they never call back. Very disappointing.
Also, the engineer seemed lost and didn't really know what had to be done. He spent 30 minutes in my house just completing the inovice form online and "trying" to arrange the next meeting.Tuesday 27th April 2021

Duncan Head1 StarIf I could give zero stars I would. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. After quoting us over £1200 worth of works for full scaffolding, their roofer turned up and asked why we had the scaffolding up. Following this, they have dodged and ducked our calls, never responding to any emails and the scaffolding is now still in our neighbours garden with no confirmation of when they will take it away. The customer service is abysmal and 'Sarah' if she exists, clearly has no interest in dealing with customers at all. Do not use them. Cowboys.
The reply from aspect is quite amusing and again further shows they have zero interest in good customer relationships (they responded to this negative review quicker than any of our emails trying to resolve the situation so go figure what they're interested in). They have sent two sets of roofers to the house, neither of whom carried out the 'work' that we had been quoted and paid for. Both attended for less than 20 minutes with the first guy fixing our problem by accessing the roof from our upstairs bedroom. So no, the scaffolding was not necessary and Aspect made us work for home on two separate occasions for their roofers to turn up and do basically no work.Wednesday 4th March 2020
