Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been messed about so much, have had 2 appts cancelled without checking with me. Awful manners on the phone. I do not recommend them at all. And if it was up to me I would give them zero stars.

I had a small problem. But they tackled it with full attention. It saved me a day of phoning people and going crazy. They sorted it in 5 minutes cos that’s what they do. Professionals. Didnt what to charge cos for them it was a doddle. Very grateful.

William at the Golders Green branch was super friendly and professional today when I came in for key cutting. He'd been on duty since 7.30am, and was still going strong at 5pm. Not only did he sort out my key, which was sticking in our lock, he also sent me away with an almost empty can of dry lubricant so that I could see if that helped too. (It did - thanks William!)
