Appalling- crooks! I have been a loyal Banhams customer for 22 years. Recently moved house and paid for Banhams to re-instate an existing Banhams alarm in my new house. The alarm NEVER WORKED. Banhams are refusing to refund the cost of the engineer’s visit to reinstate the alarm (unsuccessfully) and of registering it. So I am forced to pay to register an Alarm that doesn’t work? Extraordinary. This was their conclusion after weeks of chasing / no response from them, 2 emails and countless phone calls. This was once an excellent security company. But they are now beyond painful to deal with (this more recent issue has not been the first problem I’ve had with contacting them) and totally unreasonable. I will never use Banhams again. My advice - DO NOT USE BANHAMS!
