Andrew Bevan5 StarHad our stainless steel bollards fitted yesterday. Terry was lovely to deal with. Gave us excellent advice and actually told us that larger bollards we were looking at we wouldn't need them. Dave the fitter turned up on time which was agreed upon. Talked us through what he was going to do. The finished article was very impressive and left the job in a clean state. Phoned this company 6 weeks ago to enquire about a single post to try for a customer that could have potentially turned into an order of 25 at one site and 21 parking bays at another and possibly more. Spoke to a girl who answered the phone. I ask her where they were based as I'm only in Romford. This would have saved me delivery costs She said "I can't disclose our location" Why not ?.
Think she thought she was working for MI5.
Any way...she told me someone would call me back....STILL WAITING. Guess I'll take my business somewhere else.Saturday 15th April 2023
