Walked in today. I was very happy the service and free advice they offered. It's worth noting that there is a £45 diagnoses sign in the entrance of the shop but they were very friendly to speak too and luckily there was an easy solution, buy a new charger. Honestly I feel good about coming back with other things that I think are broken. Thanks

Solved an issue with a water damaged MacAirbook. Gavin and Michael were very really helpful and gave me some great support advice. Repair was swift… very happy and would recommend to everyone!

Michael successfully transferred my data and files from ancient laptop which wouldn't start and which frustratingly continually updated. He also recommended buying a new laptop, well priced one from John Lewis. I picked up new laptop from Waitrose, dropped it off at Blue Gnome and picked it up the following day. Very pleased with prompt, professional and friendly service. Would strongly recommended.

I was recommended Blue Gnome by my sister, and Gavin helped me through a system change that I was incredibly nervous about. However, we are out the other side, and everything is working beautifully! Plus, due to his patience I understand and can use the new system, which in itself is remarkable! I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Gnome. Excellent!

Blue Gnome is the place to go to for all your computer needs. Gavin and he's team are very professional and knowledgeable at their job. I have been to Blue Gnome many times before with various computers in the past. Went there the other day with my friend James Knock who had some problems with he's laptop.
