Operating throughout London and the South East of England from our offices in London Victoria and Haywards Heath, West Sussex, BSE FM is a mechanical and electrical contractor.

Our Facilities Management Services

We are a dynamic company whose team have a proven track record of delivering projects up to a value of £3M for mechanical and electrical contracts from education to industrial, commercial offices to healthcare and high end residential to leisure and heritage sectors. We tailor and focus on the specific needs of our clients in distinctly different working environments. By taking advantage of our wealth of experience, the key challenges and risks facing each individual project are efficiently grasped and proactively managed in a collaborative and non-adversarial manner.

We are comfortable undertaking multi-million-pound major new build and refurbishment projects, and often pick up new project work whilst fulfilling our duties as the incumbent expert under a preventative or reactive maintenance contract.

Our Team

Our New Works team comprises members of staff with the reputation of delivering high profile projects either on a traditional build basis, design and build or via a framework with like-minded main contractors and consultants.

Conversely, our Maintenance and Small Works team are predominantly geared towards supporting end-user clients who outsource and entrust the maintenance and improvement of their property portfolio to us.
