Gave them a call for some advice about a dead battery in a residential alarm regarding the voltage requirements of the battery, instead of trying to convert me, or not wanting to help me because I'm not a customer, Kerry gave me some great advice, really clear and concise and definitely knew her stuff. Helped me make some decisions which made my life INFINITELY easier.
If I hadn't have solved my problem, C&C would have been my very next call, because good service is hard to find even when you ARE a customer, much less when you just need some advice.
