Unfortunately the part didn't work when arrived. I contacted them for a refund and was ignored for 2 weeks. I then put in a claim through PayPal and unsurprisingly they got in touch but due to personal circumstances at the time I missed to submit the details within the timeframe so the case was closed. I then dealt with them directly again, returned the parcel which I've got proof of but they are denying it, after having to ring / message them chasing for over a month whilst getting messed around. Conmen, save your money and go elsewhere.

Wish I saw the reviews before I brought a laptop battery. I’m trying to get my money back for the battery that didn’t work but they keep asking irrelevant questions. I will be visiting their site in Dalston to get my money back and will be seeking legal representation. AVOID AVOID AVOID

i contacted this company for a part they were offering on ebay. They were extremely helpful on the telephone and we agreed they would swap the screen for me. The laptop was posted to them and within a few days, they sent some photos of the damage, but they had managed to repair the computer. This was great news, invoice paid, laptop sent back very securely packaged. Many thanks highly recommended
