Darshan Nankani5 StarCardoc were really good when I took my car in for a diagnostic. They were very thorough and made sure everything was checked. I waited there throughout my appointment and they were very good with the communication as I was greeted very well and the appointment started swiftly. I was also told about what's wrong with the car as the checks were being done on the go and being told what I could expect at the end. A S5 StarFor the first time since buying the car in 2016 it feels that it's been serviced properly and purrs. I had a service and MOT in March. It went very smoothly and the service was extremely efficient and convenient. Great diagnostics and it's now driving well and handling as it should having felt rough after a poor service at a big name elsewhere last year. The garage is open on a Saturday morning, it's very close to North Harrow station so for me it was super convenient getting home and popping back on the Met line. The reception team is very polite, friendly and professional. The reception area is clean, comfortable and well ventilated. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes and at the end, didn’t even charge us for it. They were polite, efficient and very thoughtful.
