Calum Forrest1 StarBest avoided. Carter had always be unhelpful to deal with. The most recent example: we are moving home in a few weeks time our alarm is faulty and needs re-setting. We are of course willing to pay a call out charge to enable its resetting. They refused to reset and offered only to charge us to visit and disconnect [as they'll know, our insurance demands that we have a working alarm] or to sign into an annual contract... 11 months of which we won't require, as we are gone - which they also know, but simply don't care and are happy to take a full year's fee for 1 month's coverage. Short-sighted - we won't be using them in our new home ...Tuesday 19th April 2022

Antoine1 StarTerrible company. Used to be good with courteous and helpful engineers, but no longer the case. Most engineers are freelancers who know nothing about our system. We have had on-going problems, and the engineer sent around was extraordinarily rude, confrontational and condescending. To be avoided.Tuesday 4th February 2020
