Saved dead phone while we were on vacation. Small booth on Tottenham court road. The technician working there is very kind, and highly professional. He diagnosed the possible problem right away (power circuit fail), gave us a very reasonable price estimate, and guaranteed not to charge anything if the fix would not help. The phone was ready in 30 minutes, which we could spend in the nearby Starbucks.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They use fake and terrible quality parts and can't even fit them properly. I went to get my iphone 11 screen fixed here, got a quote for £80, left with my phone them. When I came back the man of course told me it was going to be another £30 as he HAD to replace something to do with my front camera. Got the phone back and except the colour not being the same, it was working. Within a week, the phone screen image started vibrating, then the touch started really playing up and randomly pressing different buttons. I took it back and told them they had ruined my phone. They charged me another £40 to replace the screen again. Within a week the same thing happened. I took it back and got it replaced AGAIN. This time it worked for a bit longer and apart from pressing random buttons, the colour being off. I kept having to reboot the phone to get the screen to work. About a month later my iphone 11, which is waterproof gets wet. I then find out they hadn't attached the screen to the phone properly and its loose so water got in and damaged the phone. Spend another £125 taking it to a reputable seller called iSmash down the road who has now fixed my phone properly. I tired skimping on a bit of cash and took my phone to a dodgy stall. Don't do what I did, it's been so much hassle and I've spent double the money.

Absolute legend! The little stand may be unassuming, but the guys there fixed two phones of mine that I thought were totally bricked. Quick, professional and very reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend.

Not super happy with my repair. It was quick, looks good and I was upsold a screen protector which is handy at the time. But the Home Screen torch and camera buttons don’t work and the texting function is extremely difficult as it thinks I’m using buttons I haven’t pressed. Something went wrong and it’s now extremely difficult to use my phone. Can’t see a number to phone to discuss and I don’t live in the area so I can’t just go back that easily.
