I have been having issues with Chubb ever since we signed a new contract. We've used them before, they are ok. But when we signed the new contract everything was all over the place, they couldn't find us, they had our old owner instead. But they were on time to send the invoice to the both of us for one business. So 2 different invoices for one business. Double the money but ONE service. However, I came across Catherine from Romford branch today. So she was was so amazing and she was ready to go the extra mile to help me out, she could have easily transferred me to different department. But she was so patient, went through each invoice and explained everything. Thank you Catherine 😊

They sold me an apparently state of the art wireless system which has caused nothing but problems. They then have the cheek to charge me close to 500 pounds for each Engineer visits when clearly the system does not work well. Now they are threatening me with bailiffs for my refusal to pay. It is Impossible to get hold of anyone in any position to resolve this matter. I want a full refund!
