I sent a parcel via DHL through this store. The guy made a mistake and put in a document the “reason for sending” “SALE” however I put “GIFT” because I sent gifts to my friend’s kids. Furthermore, he also did put not the correct country of manufacture of the products (I put Portugal in the form, and he put in the invoice the UK instead). Now the customs of Italy want to charge me €52 for this store mistake and think that I'm a seller, not a private person who sends personal items. Customs also requested a VAT number and registration that of course I as a private person do not have. It took me 2 hours of calls to reach the store as no one picked up the phone. After my explanation, the guy told me that everything was correct and he can't help me to resolve the issue. Awful service. They also declined to provide invoices that they sent to DHL. Of course, because they do not want me to see the mistakes that they made. And of course, they didn't offer me any help. For example, they could contact DHL customer support as they have an account there and I do not have one. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

I took my Asus laptop in to cityikon to be repaired and they got it done very quickly and for cheaper than Asus offered to do it for. Fortunately they were close to Liverpool Street station so it was easy to get to them. I'm impressed by their customer service and how quickly and cost effectively they got my laptop fixed. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn't recommend this place more. Sometime you know just by looking at the place that it's doing things right, especially when it's a repair shop. I had marked Cityikon as a place I should go if I have mobile phone problem when I first noticed it and how well organised and functional there repair shop looked. Would recommend to anyone with a mobile phone repair in the area.

Life savers, I took my broken Samsung phone in to get it checked out, they listened to my my list of the issues and looked at the phone right away. 30 minutes later all sorted. great experience, would definitely recommend.

I suspect at least some of these reviews are dodgy. Beware! Asked them to repair my broken charging port. They took my money for a replaced part and did some dodgy soldering on the existing board (instead of replacing it) which failed again just over a year later. Except now I had to pay to replace the part AND the board as they messed it up first time around. Refused to address the issue and refund anything for their dodgy workmanship/additional costs to me. Use them at your own risk, you have been warned!
