I would not hesitate to recommend CM security services to other home owners who are looking for a hybrid security/cctv system in Essex region. We felt confident to go with this small security provider as Ben (managing director) was very knowledgeable and honest with what we need and don't need. Our previous security system provider was ADT which was not fit for purpose, expensive for what it is and tied us to a 3 year contract. Firstly, we were looking for cctv/security system which allows total owner control on-site and remotely (not a system that rings all key holders continuously with an automated message but will not tell you which sensor has been triggered). Secondly, we wanted better cameras with reliable interface to view playbacks. We only had our system installed for about a month now and the one thing that is outstanding is the aftercare service. As with a lot of things, there were a few minor teething issues but the Ben went above and beyond his call of duty to sort matters out pronto (mostly at unsociable times).
