Having previously had our alarm installed by another company we chose Colt Security to take over our alarm and maintenance who made the whole transition stress free and even came out to check over the alarm and advise on placement of some additional sensors to make the most out of our alarm system and improve our home security. I cannot fault the exceptional customer service and care from Colt. We recently had an issue with our alarm where one of our contact sensors kept triggering the alarm in the middle of the night which was both irritating and frightening - a call to Colt's 24 hour line and an engineer was out in no time to help fix the problem. Even in the middle of the night the engineer was courteous and wore shoe covers and a mask whilst in our home. We know our property is in safe hands with Colt and they are able to keep us secure and resolve any issues in a flash. Highly recommend!

Just had an Intruder alarm fitted in my house and garage. From the survey to installation, I cannot fault the service. The survey was with the installation engineers who wore face masks and shoe protectors, leaving my house tidy. Highly recommend!

Intruder Alarm Upgrade. I have used Colt Security for over 25 years and they have been a pleasure to deal with. The installation engineer wore protective footwear and was Covid aware (wore mask). Would highly recommend them.
