We recently had our Annual Service on home alarm and a new Engineer attended called Nathan. I can most definitely recommend Nathan as he was very professional, efficient and personable. Liz Hibbitt5 StarFor various reasons we decided to get an alarm. Communicate UK were recommended by the local Neighbourhood Watch Group. We had no knowledge of alarm systems. Pat responded very quickly with a visit and answered all our concerns and questions. Pat responded with a reasonable quote and our system was installed within 2 weeks. For various reasons, including a replacement front door just after installation we saw a few engineers. All were very knowledgeable and helpful. Spoke to Glen and he arranged engineer visit to reset and give us a rundown of function. Also run test and rectified some errors whilst there. Engineer was bang on time and gave us a complete rundown on the system and was excellent. No mess, nice clear instructions for us in all excellent service from first to last contact.
