I would never recommend this place- Worst customer service and extremely rude, hostile and defensive. They cut my keys incorrectly even though they had the specialist ‘code’ for my keys. I then told them the inconvience and financial implications this had cost me. I did not ask to be reimbursed for the taxis I had to pay due to not having the correct keys and asked as a gesture of good will if they would cut me two sets of keys. He then said my problems are not his problems even though they directly caused me loads of problems and didn’t want to take responsibility for incorrectly cutting my keys and the financials implications this caused! I find it shocking how people don’t even have basic manors or sympathy when they do things wrong to make it right without getting defensive and rude. Don’t go here.

Really good and friendly service! Sharrif did a really great job and was able to give me some good advice on what security options would work best for me and my property. Highly recommended! Will definitely be using these guys again.
