Avoid, avoid, avoid!. This company did some work at both our home and our business. We had a problem with the password for our CCTV system, According to Cyber Fire and Security would need to be reset by the company he purchased the product from, for a small fee of £100, in addition to his £60 call out fee! This seemed a little unusual to me. I researched and found that no such fee would be charged. In other words, Cyber Fire and Security was going to pocket the £100. Same for the batteries in our motion sensors at home. He quoted us a price that was WAY over the odds, with the intention of keeping the difference. This is just simply weird, as it's so easy to catch out lies like this with a phone call or a simple Google search. Funny enough, the motion sensors haven't worked ever since he came to do "maintenance". We've since moved to a different company that offers an excellent service with much more integrity. This did cost us extra however. I'll say it again...AVOID!

Very pleased with the quality of work. Time keeping is a big thing for me and this company has absolutely smashed it by sticking to the time given to complete the job. Also, they were very helpful when i needed assistance on how to use the cctv system at a later date, after the installation was done.

I have been using their service for 6 years and I have never been disappointed! Communication is key - The team is always ready to solve your problems and if they can’t resolve something they will give you the reasons and will describe next steps to mitigate your issues. Articulate company would definitely recommend it.
