Worst Garage Ever Racist Man During a recent encounter at a local garage, I found myself facing the unsettling reality of racism in the most unexpected way. As a proud owner of a Mercedes Benz e class, I approached the garage owner, a white man in his 60s, hoping to have my window problem fixed efficiently. Little did I know that this encounter would take a distressing turn. Instead of providing the service I sought, the owner initiated a conversation about his disdain for minicab drivers, expressing his refusal to service their vehicles. This conversation seemed unrelated to my concern, but I politely suggested that the issue might be a fuse problem, indicating my knowledge about car repairs. To my disbelief, the owner's response was laced with racial prejudice. He blatantly and shockingly stated that I fit the profile of someone he refuses to serve, ordering me to leave without any explanation or further assistance. The realization dawned on me that he refused to serve me solely based on my race. It is very disheartening to encounter such blatant discrimination in this day and age, especially in a professional establishment.

I always take my car here for a MOT and I was left a voice message to book this years one. I called them back just now asked if they can do a Sunday as I work during weekdays and it will be difficult otherwise. The man on the phone was sooo rude! He thought I was prank-calling him for whatever reason and wouldn’t let me get a word in. They lost a customer. Such a shame, terrible customer service.
