The workmanship and customer service from DG has been brilliant, too. So helpful and a patient demonstration of how to use and program the door handle. Excellent product knowledge and answered all my questions. The finger print door handle is the sort of smart tech that is actually useful! I did some research online and found this company. I needed to replace some older faded and weathered parts on my tilt and slide conservatory door. Low and behold the parts were available and I placed my order on the 29 March. The order was confirmed and dispatched the following day, surprise the package arrived today 31 March.

John Russell5 StarI was after a replacement bottom door seal for my double glazed back door that had been installed 5 years ago. I had no luck with the original installer or searching online. Then after taking a picture of the end of the seal and doing a picture search up popped a picture from DG Supply Line. They had the exact seal I was after. It was easy to place an order, they had competitive pricing , and the order was delivered a few days later. So an excellent hassle free service.Wednesday 22nd December 2021
