Extremely impressed from start to finish. Very professional. Starting with the initial quote I was given good sensible information on what alarm and CCTV setup to have to meet my requirements. For the installation without exception all of the engineers have been excellent, friendly, courteous, obliging and very conscientious. I am delighted with the system and the workmanship taken to get it just how I wanted it. Really pleased I chose ECS and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I just had my annual alarm check (4th year now) and I have to say what an excellent service ECS continue to offer. The Customer service team were lovely helping me make a booking and the engineer who came over was professional. He was respectful of my property being careful to leave everything as he found it when maintaining the system. He even taught me how to use the app which was extremely helpful given I don't really do technology.
