Gemma Argent5 StarHighly recommend Elan Fire & Security!! We have had our alarm for a couple of years now and we’re still so pleased with the service they have provided over the years. The engineers are very friendly and highly professional! Also, being able to access our alarm on our phone is amazing too in case we’ve ever accidentally forgot to set it when we go out, we can do this on the app service they also provide! Having the alarm has massively helped with my anxiety of an evening too! Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much guys!! :)Sunday 22nd March 2020
may gilbert1 StarI have been with the company for years for my alarm and I pay yearly for maintenance .
2018 they instal my CCTV and connected to my phone .
1 week ago I changed my wifi company which stopped my CCTV access to my phone and needed a password from Elan alarm system .
I contacted them to give me the password . they decline and need to send engineer to do the password for £150 plus VAT for first half an hour then £50 plus VAT for any extra hour .
I exchanged calls and e mails to express my disappointment . All my equipment were easly changed by the new wifi password , but only the CCTV that need a password from Elan which deliberately they put to get over possible £300 or more to change password ??? I have been with company for years and years . I am looking to change them now for the poor customer serviceSaturday 6th March 2021
David Lewis5 StarWe have been a happy customer of elan for many years, they look after our alarm system that is monitored by the police, and also our camera system and electric gates. Cory O'Connell5 StarElan came to fit my Alarm just over a year ago now, when it was fitted I couldnt be happier with the Alarm system and CCTV they fitted for me.The engineers where polite and the works were completed within a day.
