They tested all my kitchen equipment thoroughly, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and patiently answered any questions I had. They replaced my fire and smoke detector. A fantastic service, thoroughly conscientious and competent. I will recommend them to everyone for anything related to electrical fire safety and indeed anything else. The electrician went above and beyond to check that I had all the info I needed.

We have had consistent issues with our LED strip lighting in our living room - large installation (c.30m of strips) on a dimmer switch, with a very messy structure. Had two electricians come previously, the first said it was the light switch (changed and broke again), the second changed one of the LED drivers (switch broke again). Nik came in, (on time!), diagnosed the issue, recommended the best course of action and gave me the quote. He was patient, installed it, and always open to questions. He's professional, not a pushy salesman, and flexible. Always sanitised his hands, wore his face mask, and was clean and tidy. After years of searching I have finally found my go to electrician! Great job all round, couldn't be happier.

Nik took my call on a Saturday morning and visited during the afternoon to fit a new cooker socket. Very professional and efficient service with a smile. Great to have a local contact in E16 for other works and would recommend.
