Cyril came to my home on a Sunday evening. He quickly explained what could be causing the fault in our electrical circuit and set about identifying the actual problem. Even though we had to disconnect every single appliance in the kitchen, he found the issue and fixed it. All in an hour. No one wants to have to call an emergency electrician on a Sunday night but I’m glad it was Cyril.

Our smart meter was installed earlier in the day and in the evening our power went out and the live wire started to fire out sparks. The electrician from Emergency Electrician Chiswick came within 45 minutes out of hours, identified the problem immediately and fixed it in another 20 minutes. He was also professional and good natured. One positive from the useless installation provided by the energy company is we now know a reliable and skilled electrician in the area if we have any other issues in the future.

Cyril is a superstar! We lost power to all of the plug sockets in our flat. Cyril was able to attend the same evening and worked tirelessly to solve the issue. He created a temporary solution (which included a lot of heavy lifting and lending us some of his equipment) until he could return the following week to provide a long term solution at the cheaper, non emergency rates. I fully recommend his services; efficient, communicative, transparent and also very good with children and pets. Thanks Cyril! Steve
