Epping Computers offers a 'full computer repair service' for all Windows based desktop, laptop, and netbook machines, with repairs often being undertaken 'overnight'. To give you peace of mind, all of our work is fully guaranteed, and parts when required, are only sourced from the leading brand manufacturers. These are often dispatched overnight, for next day delivery, helping to minimize 'down time'.

Epping Computers believes the customer should always come first, this is as true today as it was when we started. A full assesment of any work required will be made; this will be followed by an explanatory conversation. If our quotation is accepted, only then will we carry out any work. Epping Computers always operate on a 'no fix no fee' basis, and will never try to over complicate the issue.

Epping Computers will never waste your money, if a repair is truly uneconomical that is the advice you will be given. There may be a time when your existing machine will reach life end; but it is always our aim to keep a system working properly, for as long as it meets our customers' needs.
