If you value you're possessions avoid this company at all costs. I have left off leaving a review for a few weeks so I could calm down and write a review not coloured by absolute fury. I called EU Radicci to provide a cleaner for 3 hours once a week while ours was out of the country visiting family. The lady that showed up did an ok job but never emptied our dyson and left it without plugging it in. I asked her on the 3rd time she came to please empty the dyson and plug it in. I showed her how to empty it and showed her where to plug it in.Then went out with the children (3 y/o and 7 mo). I came home to find that she had broken the pin out of the inside of our dyson that the charger connects to. Which broke its charging mechanism. I then called EU Raddici, My contact was Jonida. She then asked the cleaner if the dyson was broken when she left which she denied. I had used the dyson that day and can absolutely guarantee it was in perfect working order. I requested that the company replace the 3 year old V8 animal dyson like for like. She then tried to guilt me that I was somehow trying to wangle an expensive appliance out of her innocent cleaner. I countered that I did not want her cleaner to pay for it, I wanted the company, who should surely be insured for things like this to cover it. They then send an "electrician" to our home, who came without any kind tool kit to look at the Dyson. I was out but my husband says he just looked at it and made a noncommittal comment about how yes the pin is broken and it doesn't work. I waited for Jonida to get back to me and when she did, tried the line that the pin in the dyson is easily broken and mine was clearly on the way out before their cleaner even got to it. Which is absolute rubbish as Dyson would go out of business if their appliances were that flimsy. Long story short, they tell me they ordered a replacement Dyson. Great. I wait over a week for it to arrive at their "office" and when it does they can't get it to me because their car is not working....A cleaner finally comes after more than a week of me not having a dyson to clean up after my young children at the end of the day. This cleaner whose name was Ona came with a cardboard box containing a clearly purchased off ebay older version of what had been broken. Basically an insufficient old dyson. I had given all the details of the model that had been damaged and was rightly expecting a like for like model. This dyson did not have the long pole attachment that you need if you don't want to vacuum you're home on you're hands and knees, and because it was an older model, my attachments from the broken one did not fit the "replacement". I called Jonida to query how Ona would be able to clean without the attachments. She then informed me that she would speak with "management." Ona, who was halfway cleaning the bathroom then comes out of the bathroom with someone on the phone on speaker and asks to see the broken dyson. As soon as I bring it out and show her how the long attachment arm won't fit their "replacement" she aggressively starts telling me off for even suggesting her colleague could have broken the appliance and then starts jamming the plug of the replacement dyson into the charging port of the replacement, as if to show me how easily the pin could be broken. I tell her to leave my home, with their shoddy replacement. She leaves. My son, who is 3 and potty training then goes to use the toilet that Ona had COVERED in straight bleach. I only realise what had happened when he came to me with his hands outstretched saying that there was something stinky on his hands and it was stinging. He is lucky he didn't get a chemical burn, I then contact Jonida to tell her what has happened to my child. her last comments to me "maybe she was angry with you because you accused her colleague regarding the dyson" "it isn't our fault she left bleach in you're toilet because you asked her to leave" "you are the only client with whom we have experienced such issues" How. Dare. You. AVOID AVOID AVOID Shocking service

Alberto has successfully and promptly completed a number of jobs around the house. This has included moving a radiator, replacing an electrical distribution board, building new cabinetry and debugging a central heating system put in by someone else. In all of these he has been excellent in providing a schedule and being punctual, careful to explain the work, brilliant at cleaning up and providing an excellent service and price. Have and will use again.
