I use Euro Car Parts and it’s sister company (Car Parts 4 Less), service has always been spot on at the branch. Including on occasions where I’ve ordered and popped along and they need to pick the order. Good with returns as well. Providing items are in original packing. Only downside with ECP in general is the constant price changes with various discount codes, selling brake discs online as ‘Individual’ items and if you buy something in branch it’s normally far cheaper via the app / website, and branch can’t price match that - So you end up ordering whilst standing in branch to collect immediately. Seems a bit mad. Be aware C4PL now charge a £1.99 collection fee on top of their advertised prices as well. Didn’t detract from the experience in branch as it’s a wider company policy.
