Horrible customer service, just ordered online, showing everything is available at this shop. Paid everything, and guess what? After payment , it is just informing you that the collection availability will be after two bloody days. I forgot to mention that the "Pay later" option is disabled. So yeah, I could easily just order from Amazon or other online shops .I recommend paying at the counter if you really need to use their services.

Friendly and good service. Cheap parts and good quality most the time. Only downside is that half the time i find myself going back to get the correct part for my car :/

They can't even refund your money back when they took twice payment call customer service they can't even help Or refund they money gfs is way better than euro car parts avoid this company

Horrible customer service! I work in customer service and I was appalled by how they treat their customers. My husband needed oil for his car so he went and bought some, but he has not been given a receipt. When he returned within minutes to advise that the wrong oil has been given the girl from behind the counter said she cant help him even though he literally been there few mins before. And she has denied the fact that she never gave a receipt. He then requested to see a manager and the girl literally laughed in his face! Im sorry, but that is so unprofessional. After some arguments and a lady coming to the rescue, we finally got the refund. Few days before, I went to pick up some parts that were pre-ordered, been left to wait for a while. Only when I came forward and seen all my parts in the trolley, just to be told "No those are not yours those are a mechanics one!" Well, they were mine. Perhaps they should give her a better training in how to serve customers as this is really not a way you would expect to be talked to or treated All in all, will not be going back
