This place is daylight robbery, do not recommend! Charged £100 for iPhone repair and asked for cash only, had me walk to the cashpoint. They used a non Apple screen for this price, no receipt. Soon after repair the screen is glitching, not turning on, and now a few weeks later is completely broken and doesn't work. They tried to say it was because I had dropped the phone since, which I had, but the damage was too slight to completely break the phone in this way, and i KNOW it is the result of their poor fitting/inferior materials being used. No accountability or customer service whatsoever, offered a 'discount' on another screen from them instead of my money back. As if! on top of this the man was very rude and argumentative, said I was being childish! for simply wanting what I paid for, or else some compensation they can only treat people like this because of their location, no returning customers. horrible company, complete waste of money

Don’t trust these people with your phone! Absolutely shocking repair on my Samsung Galaxy. They offered to fix the screen with the original glass, what I got in return was some knock off and the glass shattering with a massive chunk out of it the following morning when it had just been in my bag. When I returned to the store, they wouldn’t acknowledge it was their bad fitting at all and didn’t offer any compensation. Instead they asked it I would like to have it repaired at a discount??? They said they wouldn’t fit it for free as they wouldn’t take blame. £140 gone down the drain. Don’t bother looking for a repair or any service here.

Fixed my charging port that a few other shops couldn’t, for £30 and less than an hour wait! Absolute godsend! (My charging port had a tiny part of a rechargeable case stuck inside that tweezer and superglue wouldn’t budge)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Fitted a new iPhone XR screen for a reasonable price however, it failed after 2 months. Fitted another and charged blaming the weather. This one failed after a month. Please save yourself a fortune and just find an apple authorised repairer. When confronted they get aggressive a sure sign they are in the wrong.

Fantastic experience having my phone fixed here. I cracked my iPhone 6 screen last week and had trouble finding a reputable place to have the repair done. I gave this place a shot because of their Google reviews, and I am glad I did! I dropped my phone off around noon on a Thursday, and it was ready by 3. The new screen looks great and the cost of the repair was very reasonable--a fraction of what Apple would do it for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to come back here, but I absolutely will if the need arises! Note that the entrance to the shop is not actually on Mepham Street--it's on Waterloo Road, under the railway bridge. The signage says 'Euro Mobiles' or something similar. They also book minicabs out of here. At first I wasn't sure if I was in the right place, but I definitely was.
