High recommend - very responsive and helpful pre install to select the right charger for me. Great communication and responsive to emails. On the day, the engineer sent a text to confirm arrival time; install was neat and the engineer was polite and helpful. Took care of all the grant paperwork and registration of the charger. Ensured everything was set up and working, including the charger app. Overall a faultless service and great install.

Excellent service, very professional. I was apprehensive about getting a charger installed because it meant carpets being lifted and floorboards taken up to run the cables, but the installation team were amazing. Everything went back exactly as it was and they left no mess and no damage - you wouldn't even know they'd been. I've got no problem recommending EVC to anyone, their work is exceptional and great value for money.

Really pleased with EVC Electrical Installations. I would seriously recommend to anyone looking for an EV charger install. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Installer provided SMS updates regarding arrival time on the morning of the installation and arrived on time. I am really pleased with the neat and tidy installation. The installer took the time and effort to install exactly as I wanted and make everything look great.

Ben from EVC was very good and communication was great when booking in a charger installation. Final cost was exactly as per quote so no nasty surprises and Rob who fitted the charger was excellent. He was punctual, professional and a really nice, easy going chap. His work was on-point and tidy and he took the time to answer all my questions and showed me though the charger’s app too. He also assured me that EVC’s customer service was always on hand to help for up to 3 years which is great. I would highly recommend EVC going on my experience.
