Anytime there's been a problem with the bike such as a puncture, new tyres or service, they've always looked after me, often at short notice. I really don't know of any other place in London that could be as helpful. Rob does a fantastic job in juggling all the demands that come in, so be nice to him and he'll look after you and your pride and joy, whatever size of machine it is. Reece Arbon5 StarWhat a service I had an issue with a delivery which was not there fault and sent a hopeful email and was Personally called by the director who drove and met me on the m25 on the bank holiday with a set of tyres for a track event!
