I have previously had 20 years of excellent service with Fire Action when it was a family run business owned by Paul and Louise Garry. Unfortunately the human touch has completely disappeared since being sold to Spry. I have been issued with threats of a pre court letter for work that I was unaware was done nor even given a phone call to discuss.

Scam of a company, they have charged us multiple times for services not carried out. We have issues with our fire alarm and both the normal number and the out of hours numbers don't answer. Dangerous & negligent company, I will escalate this.

Fire Action Ltd are a professional and exceptional business that have recently installed an Intruder Alarm System at my parents property, where they were FIRST CLASS.
