I’d never cracked my Samsung screen before & my insurance wanted to replace the entire phone whereas I just wanted the screen fixed so I wouldn’t lose all my data.The price shocked me a little can’t lie Samsung S10 screen replacement £255 but the service provided by fone doctors was outstanding.Very professional.Fast paced & phone return fixed within 2hrs.Friendly Good location right across from Borough Market. If I had any screen issues in the future I’d happily return & would 100% recommend

Took laptop with faulty screen on Tuesday, called on Thursday to say they had fixed it with no need for replacement parts, so it came in at under half the estimated cost. Transactionability could be a little better but everything was fine.

Amazing customer service. I booked my appointment in the evening and my phone was collected and fixed within 3 hours the next day. I would high recommend! (Thank you for the chocolate bar as well)

My iPhone XR completely died and I had no back ups anywhere. Went to Apple Genius Bar in Covent Garden and was told nothing could be done and to just buy a new phone. The Apple Genius serviceman also told me it would cost "a couple of thousand to recover a couple of photos" if I went through a third party. I emailed every data recovery company I could, Fone Doctors emailed me back within a couple of hours with an estimated plan of action and a booked appointment the next morning. Went into the London Bridge shop and was met with the loveliest customer service. Within the same day, they had repaired the issue long enough for me to take it home and back up my phone, but also had backed it up just in case I was unable to. All for just £65!!! A little less than the 2k Apple told me it would cost ;) Not only that, they offered me next steps (either fixing or trading in). I am SO grateful to the team and honestly, cannot recommend them highly enough!

I simply cannot recommend this company enough. Have been coming here for the past 2-3 years with all my technical woes, having worked locally. From my experience, I have always had free diagnostics and no obligation quotes, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly staff, fair, transparent and competitive pricing and a very speedy service. Last week I bought my son's smashed ipad in at midday and had the screen good as new by 4pm. I no longer work in the London Bridge area, but the outstanding service this team provides is well worth the 25-minute bus ride! Thank you Fone Doctors! :))
