I always feel comfortable taking my car here, they’re always honest and give you a full breakdown of what might be required. If they can repair instead of replace, they give you that option. Love being able to watch the workshop out of the large bay windows of the waiting room too. Thanks Ewan and team, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As it was only tyre fitting not a lot could go wrong - the tyres were in stock I arrived on time the chap on the desk said it would be about an hour as 4 tyres were being fitted.. I went round town killed some time and they called me to let me know it was done.. Simple’s really.. I wouldn't use F1 for anything other than tyres, I’d go to Autocare in Ware for real mechanical work and MOTs as I trust them to charge me a fair price and look for good quality parts again at a fair price.

Thank you so much to Mark and the team for quick, friendly and helpful service! Found this place by chance, when we couldn’t find a near by repair shop. Our tyre blew out on the motorway, we were in a hurry to get up north for a wedding - they made sure to get the tyre changed quickly, and also fitted in a tyre pressure check and fluid check which saved us time, as we were going to do this ourselves after getting the tyre changed. Very happy! Highly recommend!
