Absolutely disgraceful after sales customer care. Purchased a power tool from them which malfunctioned shortly afterwards. I requested a refund or for them to to replace the item. They point blank refused to do either and said the item had to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Please do not use this company, they are not interested once they have taken your money. Use a more reputable business who will respect your consumer rights and meet their obligations. I will definitely not be using them ever again !!

I would never buy from this company again and regret having done so in the first place. many years ago they had a good reputation for client care and aftersales but now they simply have no interest. Purchased a generator at considerable cost which failed on first use - Frank Howard distanced themselves despite the fact the item was under warranty and after a further 6 months of going back and forth I was left with no choice but to replace the item at my cost!!! - Frank Howard were Rubbish and do anything but look after their customers
