1. Charged me a total of £160 for charging port repair and a battery replacement, but the laptop never worked again. I sent it twice to get it fixed, but they failed to repair it. 2.Refused to refund the full amount by charging me £40 for transport and congestion charges, even though I specifically asked in writing that I do not wish to cover further charges for congestion charge when placing my order. 3. Don’t trust this company. They will treat you nice on the phone to get you to place the order and then trick you into paying for a service they fail to deliver.

Avoid at all costs! I sent my girlfriends phone to be fixed for a simple screen repair. The phone was returned and now has multiple other issues. They're trying to charge me money for it to be sent off again for them to fix their own mistake and are also saying any repairs will also be charged. Essentially they break your phone and then try to make you pay for them to fix it. Absolute shambles - I would 100% use any other repair shop than this. The phone did not have the faults that are mentioned in the reply below prior to the phone being sent off. As explained multiple times to GadgetWiz, these faults only occurred as a result of the work that the team there did.

Gadgetwiz service was brilliant!! Top quality repair and very prompt. My iPhone 7 screen as cracked and then the screen was black, no display. Contacted Gadgetwiz, phone was collected and repaired on the same day! Had no issues since. Was very pleased with the service, kept updated throughout. Professional communication. Would definitely recommend.

I called GadgetWiz for help with a broken laptop battery and they replied straight away and arranged for collection of my device. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient! They returned my laptop back to me within 24 hours with a brand new battery and it is running extremely well! Would highly recommend to anyone having tech issues!
