About GK Electrics

My name is Gavin Kicks and I grew up and live in the outskirts of Chelmsford. I have enjoyed a varied electrical career working in both domestic and commercial projects, ranging from smaller residential projects, high end luxury properties to office buildings and bespoke developments.

Throughout my career, spanning over 20 years, I have worked both locally and in London. My role as an Electrical Project Manager over the last 10 years has included managing electrical installations of new and refurbished blocks of flats; whilst at the same time undertaking varied electrical work in my own home, as well as for family and friends.

I enjoy the practical hands-on approach of designing and installing all aspects of electrical work. There is no job too small and customer satisfaction is my priority.  

I am now excited to have my own business and apply my skills and experience to provide high quality electrical services focused on reliability, efficiency and a complete appreciation for the importance of cost effectiveness.

I am a JIB approved electrician and NICEIC registered domestic installer.
