Nicholas Haas5 StarRecommended by a neighbour, Sebastian resolved the software issues on an iMac so quickly that we had half an hour left, so I asked him to look at an aging laptop that was slowing down. He advised upgrading the hard drive, which was done. The laptop is now as good as new, and possibly even faster.
Sebastian takes a holistic view and understands issues even before we have time to finish explaining what they are. He seems to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of his subject and is unfailingly helpful, courteous and supportive.
