He returned the following day to conduct a thorough investigation and restored our power. Additional work was completed on the final day. He arrived promptly each day and was polite and efficient. Jakub arrived on the day i called him, he found the fault with ease, sat me down and told me what is involved and how much. I was extremely happy with the quote and time taken. GVA was extremely proffesional throughout, cleaned all mess and also gave me some advice on some other work i am doing. Janette Chuter1 StarThis electrician came at 01:00 in an emergency situation as my husband is seriously ill at home on an electric hospital airbed. I was charged over £430 to 'fix' the electrical problem for a 1 hour visit. However, the next day the problem continued and in the end I hired another electrician who advised me within 5 mins of walking in the door that it was a problem with the electrical supply and that I should ring the power company. That electrician could see how serious the situation was here and did not charge me a penny. I am sorry, but surely any electrician worth his salt would have been able to spot that it was in fact a fault with the electricity company supply.Sunday 11th October 2020
