Jakub is the consummate professional ! He responded promptly to our emergency and identified issues quickly and efficiently. He returned the following day to conduct a thorough investigation and restored our power. Additional work was completed on the final day. He arrived promptly each day and was polite and efficient. Jacob attended my property in less than two hours. I did use a third party to book him, so their fees are high. However, he’s was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. I’d have no problems recommending him and the team at GVA.

I booked Jakub after finding his website online, i was in need of a fault finding service. Jakub arrived on the day i called him, he found the fault with ease, sat me down and told me what is involved and how much. I was extremely happy with the quote and time taken. GVA was extremely proffesional throughout, cleaned all mess and also gave me some advice on some other work i am doing. I would highly recommend GVA Electrical to anyone, including friends and family. Great guy.

This electrician came at 01:00 in an emergency situation as my husband is seriously ill at home on an electric hospital airbed. I was charged over £430 to 'fix' the electrical problem for a 1 hour visit. However, the next day the problem continued and in the end I hired another electrician who advised me within 5 mins of walking in the door that it was a problem with the electrical supply and that I should ring the power company. That electrician could see how serious the situation was here and did not charge me a penny. I am sorry, but surely any electrician worth his salt would have been able to spot that it was in fact a fault with the electricity company supply.

They charged £336 just diagnosed the problem. Problem is straightforward. Hob plug was burnt.Not replaced or even fixed it.Rubbish service.
