Highly recommended. Tony is very friendly and professional. The equipment and devices aren’t noticeable around the house at all, especially on my windows. The app is really easy to use. Liam and Tony were very tidy and respectful in my home and I feel far safer having a burglar alarm for protection. They explained everything as they went along. Can’t thank these chaps enough for a job well done.

Having just bought a house with a lot of work to be done we quickly realised that the smartest decision that the previous owners had made was to install an alarm from Hadleigh Security Systems. It hadn’t been used or serviced since 1999 so I tentatively called the company to see what could be done. Tony was with us that same night to have a look as they offer a 24 hour service and he was fantastic! He took off the old sensors so we could start painting and repaired the holes for us, regardless of whether we wanted to proceed with a new alarm system (which we did without hesitation after meeting him although he insisted on leaving us to think about it first). The level of customer service we received from Hadleigh Security was outstanding. It is clear that Tony and his team take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. We immediately felt that we wanted a company that care that much about what they do to be looking after our house. Our updated system is excellent and it has been a real pleasure to meet Tony. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is looking for a quality product and a personalised, professional service from an honest, friendly company!
