Courtnie Jules-Crompton5 StarI cannot stress enough how happy I am with the service I received from Halfords Auto centre in Uxbridge. They are so quick and do a fantastic job. So friendly and polite. I brought my car here to get fixed through warranty, in total it took a few hours over a 2 days due to my warranty company slowing down, however it didn’t stop Halfords from being speedy. Ive had to wait almost a month at other garages. They give you courtesy calls to keep you in the loop. I cannot recommend enough!Thursday 3rd March 2022
Alice Bertin1 StarI tried this garage for the first time. Never again. I booked and prepaid for an MOT and full service. I expected some repairs to be needed and was fully prepared for this. However 4 hours after I had dropped my car off, I received a call to say MOT had failed due to windscreen. The windscreen is in exactly the same condition as when I bought the car and has gone through numerous MOTs without being highlighted as an issue. I really challenged the findings as such and wasn’t convinced by the response. Picking up the car and driving it home, I noticed totally new chip marks directly in my line of sight. I also had a list of problems cited all of which they said they couldn’t deal with and yet they shared a quote for fixing them. There were so many inconsistencies in what they were saying that I left feeling utterly confused and frustrated. I’ve read the reviews for this place and it looks like you either get second to non service or there are serious questions about them. I would encourage you not to take the risk. I am seriously regretting changing my garage.Saturday 12th February 2022
Ben Cowell1 StarAvoid, Avoid, Avoid - took in for diagnostics and they fixed the issue, at the same time blatantly lied and said I had the wrong battery fitted and advised a £180 replacement. Luckily I declined and found back home I had exactly the right one fitted. Yolandah C5 StarSome plastic came off the bottom of my car and was scrapping the road as I was driving. Took my car in and it was sorted straight away and they did a 5 and 10 point check on the car. Absolutely top shelf customer service, quality of work as problem now solved. I would go back to them again 😁Friday 10th December 2021
